Get Trained – Work Better!
Software Africa has long been involved in high quality skills development for users of Microsoft and QuickBooks software. Courses can be custom-written to meet specific user needs. We usually run live in-person courses at your premises to a schedule that suits your company.
With modern technology, we can run courses live on-line so that your staff can participate directly from the office or their homes. We are also increasingly putting the training material on the internet so that trainees can work through the course in their own time at their own pace.
We ensure individual attention by keeping live groups small –usually a maximum of 8–12 users per session– and by evaluating participants beforehand. We can include workflow and presentation of documents so that the course accurately reflects the reality of your work environment.
Each trainee receives a comprehensive manual (typically 60 to 80 pages) containing step-by-step instructions, example files, a certificate of completion, and three months' free telephonic and e-mail support on the course material. Final assessment of trainees can be done if required.
In-house courses typically cost (South African Rand) R8 800 plus VAT per day for a group of up to 8 people. Open courses are priced per trainee. These prices are subject to change without notice.
Our training manuals are available under license for you to run in-house training using your own trainer.
We can write training manuals to suit your needs. The cost varies depending on complexity, how much already exists, and who holds copyright.
